Abstract:
To suppress a sense of discomfort felt by a driver due to shift shock or the like during the shifting of a mechanical stepped transmission part in a vehicle including an electrical continuously variable transmission part and the mechanical stepped transmission part.SOLUTION: At least one simulated gear stage is assigned to each AT gear stage of a mechanical stepped transmission part, and the AT gear stage is shifted at the shift timing of the simulated gear stage by an electrical continuously variable transmission part, so that a sense of discomfort due to shift shock or the like is suppressed. Further, when a condition for canceling the prohibition of shifting to a prohibited AT gear stage is satisfied, in addition to a return condition III (S4 and S5) which requires the shifting of the simulated gear stage at the same time as a condition, there are set a return condition II (S3) which allows shifting to the prohibited AT gear stage without the shifting of the simulated gear stage, and a return condition I (S2) in a case where the shifting of neither the simulated gear stage nor the AT gear stage is required. Thus, according to a vehicle state, shift shock is preferentially prevented, or erroneous diagnosis by a failure diagnosis section and the deterioration of fuel economy and NV performance are preferentially prevented, making it possible to achieve them at the same time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
