To improve a load transmitting performance from the lower end of a door inner panel to a vehicle body frame member in side collision, and to further reduce cost and weight.
A small hole 40 as a fragile part and a bead 42 are formed in the lower end 28B of the door inner panel 28. The small hole 40 faces the upper part of a locker 20 in a vehicle width direction and is set at the position separate from the root 38B of a center pillar outer panel 38 toward a vehicle front side. The bead 42 is set between the small hole 40 and the root 38B of the center pillar outer panel 38 and on the inner side from the small hole 40 in the vehicle width direction. The small hole 40 serves as a bending start point, and a bending direction is configured to be specified by the bead 42.
