To supply a vehicle side-positioning device which can move a vehicle to a parking position placed along a street.

The vehicle side-positioning system has a support pillar 24 with a built in rotating roller 16 fitted into a support pillar 8 retained to the vehicle and has motors 12a, 12b, gear boxes 10a, 10b and position sensors 26a, 26b for controlling the distance of vertical movement of the support pillar 24 fixed to the support pillar 24. In this case, the vehicle side-positioning system is composed of: the roller 16 attached to a roller fitting 15; a support pillar retaining gear 27 for vertically moving the gears for transmitting rotation to the roller and the support pillar 24; a fitting 1 for fixing the system to a bottom part of the vehicle or inside the front and back bumpers; gears for rotating the system vertically or horizontally; an angle sensor 3a for controlling the rotational angle; a support pillar retaining fitting 4 for retaining the support pillar vertically; and an operation board. The support pillar 24 is moved down after making the system stand vertically, the vehicle is lifted up from the ground and the roller 16 is simultaneously rotated to move the vehicle horizontally by the motor 12b arranged on the support pillar 24.
