Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying system of a vehicle outer plate coating and a drying method of the same in which metallic members and resin members can be dried in the same section while securing degree of freedom to select a material of coating.SOLUTION: A drying method of a vehicle outer plate coating is a method which dries a coating applied to metallic members 20 and resin members 30 used for vehicle outer plates. The drying method comprises the steps of: transferring the metallic members 20 and the resin members 30 all together in the transfer line 110; heating the transferring metallic members 20 and resin members 30 all together in a predetermined drying section of the transfer line 110; and adiabatically closing the resin members 30 when temperature of the resin members 30 in the drying section is a prescribed temperature or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
