Abstract:
To provide a vehicular speaker arrangement structure which can inhibit reduction of a sound pressure in a passenger compartment by leakage of speaker reproduction sound to the outside of a vehicle while securing the capacity of a speaker box.SOLUTION: A vehicular speaker arrangement structure includes: a hinge pillar 30 having a hinge pillar closed cross section 33 extending in a vertical direction of a vehicle and an opening 35 which is open within a passenger compartment; and an outer box part 43 which holds a speaker 41 and is fixed to an opening edge of the opening 35. The outer box part 43 includes: a flange part 43b fixed to the opening edge of the opening 35 and a vehicle body skeleton member 20; and an expansion part 43e which expands from the flange part 43b to an area near an outer end part as seen in a vehicle width direction of the hinge pillar 30. A soundproof material 50 is provided at the interior of the hinge pillar closed cross section 33. The soundproof material 50 is provided so as to contact with the flange part 43b directly or through a body structure 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
