Abstract:
To solve the risk of a gap between a driving operation by a driver and a pedal operation to be executed when the size of a feedback process value increases despite under a determination that the pedal operation is unnecessary, if an accelerator pedal operation amount and a brake pedal operation amount are acquired as the sum of a feedforward process value and a feedback process value respectively, in a vehicle speed control device which controls a vehicle so that a predetermined command speed that changes with time and a traveling speed coincide with each other.SOLUTION: If a feedforward process value is "0", it is determined that a pedal operation is unnecessary. In this case, if the relation between a command speed and a traveling speed satisfies a predetermined condition, the pedal operation is not to be executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
