PURPOSE: To effectively moderate impact of a spike on a road surface by forming an umbrella shaped flange on top of a rivet of a spike body adhered in a tire through a sleeve and forming wave-form recessed and projecting surfaces on a flange's top surface.

CONSTITUTION: This spike 10 consists of a rivet 11 and a sleeve 17 surrounding this, the rivet 11 has a flange 12 having a shape where an umbrella opened as a plane circle is up side down on its top 14 side, and a tip 13 made of hard metal material which bites into a road surface is formed on a foot side. Continuous projecting parts 15 are formed on the top surface of the flange 12, and these projecting parts 15 are arranged annularly with surrounding a center in the plane view. When a tire is adhered to a rubber part 20, the projecting parts 15 touch the bottoms of spike adhering holes 21, and free spaces useful for moderating impact of the spike on the road surface are interposed between tops 14 of the rivet and the bottoms of the spike adhering holes 21.
