Rear right and left wheels 2 are oscillatably attached onto a frame 3 respectively by an independent swing arm 6, and a hydraulic cylinder 7 intervenes between the swing arm 6 and the frame 3. A pedal 9 is arranged on a front part of a driver's seat 21, and a cylinder 8 stepped by the pedal 9 is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 7. The rear right and left wheels 2 are independently pushed down when the pedal 9 is stepped, and the rear right and left wheels 2 are independently pulled up when stepping of the pedal 9 is loosened. Thus, the vehicle body can be rolled to the turning inside when the pedal 9 is operated in accordance with the turning direction. For example, a width of a vertical link of a link mechanism is made to be narrower as going to the outside, the camber angle varies to be positive at a bound side and to be negative at a rebound side, and thereby the ground camber angle can be enlarged.
