Abstract:
To provide a vehicle handle device capable of enhancing the safety against side collision.SOLUTION: The vehicle handle device includes a handle base 2 fixed to a vehicle door 1, and a handle body 5 that has a grip part 4 arranged to extend sideward from the front end of a rotary shaft part 3 and is connected to the handle base 2. The handle body 5 is movable between an initial position in which the grip part 4 is fitted in a handle storage part 6 formed in the surface of a door 1 and a standby position in which the grip part 4 makes a translational movement from the initial position and leaves the handle storage part 6 and further between the standby position and a rotational operation position at which the grip part 4 is operated to rotate from a standby position on the rotary shaft part 3 to thereby release a door latch unit 7 in the door 1. When authentication for the user is established, an electric actuator 8 drives the handle body 5 from the initial position to the standby position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
