Abstract:
To provide a position adjustment device capable of easily performing an alignment operation with a traversing wheel when a work vehicle is lowered onto a movable rail in a lateral yarding device.SOLUTION: A storage position adjustment device 1 comprising two adjustment mechanisms 2 is installed at a storage location in order to support a lifting and turning device 104 on which a work vehicle 101 is raised, and to finely adjust a storage position thereof. The adjustment mechanisms 2 are installed between movable rails 107, and placed to receive the lifting and turning device 104, on which the work vehicle 101 is raised, at two positions separated in the extending direction of the movable rails 107. The adjustment mechanisms 2 include a base frame 3 fixed on a bed B; a movable carriage 4 supported movably on the base frame 3 by placing and receiving the lifting and turning device 104; and a drive unit 5 for the movable carriage 4. The drive unit 5 includes a screw rod 51; a drive nut 52 screwed to the same; and a chain driving device 53 for rotating the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
