Abstract:
To obtain a switch with good operability with a click feeling while maintaining the appearance of a vehicle interior part in a vehicle switch device.SOLUTION: A vehicle switch device includes a panel base material 7 which constitutes a part of an instrument panel 1, a substrate 9 provided on the back side of the panel substrate 7 and having an LED 11, a soft skin 13 having a transmission area 15 for covering the panel base material 7 and transmitting light from the LED 11 to display an operation unit, and a switch unit for detecting that the transmission area 15 has been operated. The switch unit is a touch sensor 17, and includes a piezoelectric element 19 for transmitting a vibration to the panel base material 7 and a control unit 10 for driving the piezoelectric element 19 based on a signal from the touch sensor 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
