To maximuze thrills and to minize danger by linking a carriage housing a passenger through 1st and 2nd elastic bands to a rising support, discharging the carriage into air and repeating oscillating actions until reaching the balanced position of elastic bands.
Vertical support towers 18a and 18b are composed of respective downside, central and upside cable guide devices 12a-1 6b, and cables 20a and 20b are guided so as not to get out of tracks. Elastic bands 26a and 26b are linked to the cables 20a and 20b. The carriage is fitted to the elastic bands 26a and 26b by carriage links 28a and 28b. The carriage is locked to a carriage anchor release device 36, a straining/pulling-down mechanism 42 is operated, the elastic bands 26a and 26b are strained through the cables 20a and 20b, and tensile force is applied. The release device 36 is released and the carriage is discharged into the air and the oscillating action continues until the elastic bands 26a and 26b become balanced.
