Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve electric power efficiency in an entire on-vehicle system in a vehicle performing torque assist.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle system includes: an engine 11 for traveling a vehicle 10; an ISG 13 connected to an output shaft 12 of the engine 11; a battery 14 for supplying electric power to the ISG 13 when the ISG 13 is operated; electric loads 51-55 which are mounted on the vehicle 10 and to which electric power is supplied from the battery 14; and an ECU 30 for controlling the ISG 13. The electric loads 51-55 include specific loads 51-53 that consume electric power larger than a predetermined value for a longer time than a predetermined time when operated. The ECU 30 performs torque assist control for performing torque assist for applying torque to the output shaft 12 by driving the ISG 13 during traveling of the vehicle 10, and control for prohibiting the torque assist when the specific loads 51-53 are being operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
