PURPOSE: To stably view and hear a television broadcasting program by satellite broadcasting on a vehicle with simple circuit constitution.

CONSTITUTION: A signal level discrimination means 12 discriminating the signal level of a television broadcasting signal S1 from a satellite and a driving circuit 13 are provided. The driving circuit 13 controls a motor M based on a driving signal S2 and a direction signal S3 from the signal level discrimination means 12 and rotates an antenna A. When a signal level is deteriorated, the signal level discrimination means 12 and the driving circuit 13 rotate the antenna A forward and rotates the antenna A backward when the signal level is furthermore deteriorated. When the signal level is restored to a prescribed level, the antenna A is stopped.
