Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vehicle tire with radial carcasses fixed by bead cores having tensile strength at bead parts and a breaker composed of ordinaly reinforcing ply and strips of materials for the ply and its manufacturing method.
CONSTITUTION: The narrow material strip 6 and wide material strip 7 of a breaker 5 are formed so as to have widths narrower than the other region within the edges of the breaker. At least two types of material strips with different widths are wound and the relatively narrow material strip and the narrowest material strip are arranged in the outside regions in the axial direction of the breaker.
