Abstract:
The tyre (1), having a carcass reinforcing structure (2) anchored in its beads (3) that are made with bases designed to fit into wheel rim seats, side walls (4) and a curved tread surface (5), has crown reinforcing layers (6, 7) with their outer edges lying inside the carcass reinforcement at the tangential points (A, B) between the curved tread surface and lines (100, 101) perpendicular to the tyre's axis. The crown reinforcement consists of at least one continuous filament with central sections lying at an angle of between 10 and 80 degrees to the circumferential plane.
