Abstract:
To utilize traveling speed information as fair control information in an ordinary case.
Information indicating traveling conditions such as traveling speed SPD is recorded in an engine control computer. The recorded information, after vehicle stopping, are made readable by utilizing a self-diagnosis function or the like. By easy operation, such as grounding a fixed terminal, a simple indication can be made by flickering a CE lamp or the like. Highly reliable recording makes it possible to use the traveling speed information as the fair control information.
