To shorten communication time in case of emergency by improving accuracy in the position of a vehicle traveling track in a vehicle emergency report system.

Each time on-vehicle equipment 1 passes near a beacon 2 installed on the road for providing road traffic information, an on-vehicle equipment ID is reported through the beacon 2 to a traffic control center 3. The traffic control center 3 stores the on-vehicle equipment ID, the time of receiving and a beacon install position. In case of vehicle emergency, the on-vehicle equipment 1 transmits the on-vehicle equipment ID to an emergency center 4. The emergency center 4 transmits the on-vehicle equipment ID to the traffic control center 3, receives the beacon install position, where the relevant on-vehicle equipment 1 passes, and the time of passing and displays the result as a traveling track.
