PURPOSE: To reduce the operation burden on a crew by automatically transmitting data indicating 'arrival at store' by disconnection from and data indicating 'departure from store' by connection with data transfer controller of the information terminal equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A vehicle 1 goes around to stores 3, 4, 5, and 6 and returns to a center 2 after started from the center 2. The crew of the vehicle 1 enters stores after removing information input terminal equipment 8 from a data transfer controller 7 when arrived at each store. The transfer controller 7 transmits data of this time and of 'arrival at store' automatically to the center 2 by a mobile station radio 9 when the terminal equipment 8 is removed. The crew inputs the operation result in the store to the terminal equipment 8. After the job, the crew returns to the vehicle 1, connects the terminal equipment 8 to the transfer controller 7, and goes to the next store. The transfer controller 7 automatically transmits the data of 'departure from store' and the information inputted to the terminal equipment 8 to the center 2.
