Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle update system and an on-vehicle update device capable of suppressing battery runout caused by update processing of on-vehicle equipment.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle update system comprises: on-vehicle equipment which operates by executing a program stored in a storage part through power supplied from one or more batteries among a plurality of batteries mounted on a vehicle; and an on-vehicle update device which performs processing of updating he program stored in the storage part of the on-vehicle equipment. The on-vehicle update system comprises: a plurality of switching parts for individually switching energization/interruption of a power supply path from the plurality of batteries to the on-vehicle equipment; a plurality of detection parts for respectively detecting stored power amounts of the plurality of batteries; and a switching control part for controlling energization/interruption of the plurality of switching parts on the basis of detection results of the detection parts when the on-vehicle update device performs the update processing of the on-vehicle equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
