PURPOSE: To prevent cracking of material by providing a heat insulating support for supporting at least one section of a vehicle and/or a vessel in at least substantially heat insulating mode with respect to other part thereby suppressing occurrence of thermal stress.

CONSTITUTION: Bottom wall part in a section of a vehicle and/or a vessel being supported on a lower support 3 has a heat insulating support 1 provided with an upper means 2 having a low coefficient of friction so that it can slide thereon. The upper means 2 is preferably made of ULTE polyether imide resin so that it can withstand sufficiently against temperature of 200°C and the weight of the relevant section during transportation of asphalt, or the like. An intermediate means 5 of e.g. a silicon rubber mat having heat insulation characteristics and pressure distribution characteristics, and an auxiliary lower means 6 of e.g. an EPDM rubber are also provided while being contained in a metallic holder 7 having an upstanding wall part 8.
