The auxiliary air chamber 14 is formed by the cast-molding using a core 30 which is arranged in a rim chamber 45 from the outer peripheral side of the rim chamber 45 for forming a rim 12 via a supporting part 31 attached to a fixed mold 40 when cast-molding.
