PURPOSE: To provide a device which lifts up a tire so that an automobile may be mounted onto a transport stand to transfer a standing automobile to another place.

CONSTITUTION: A basis is to push in rollers arranged upward and downward toward the on-the-ground tangent line of a tire, and in addition, the tip portion of the above device, in order to conduct operation from a position near to the tire tangent line by making its height short, is arranged with small diameter rollers 9, 10 that are before and behind a roller 8 crawling on the ground, and the upper rollers coming into contact with the tire side are driven in rotation so that they may go into an opening, and while the tire is being lifted up, the pushing-in of the device is made easy. The diameters of top and bottom integral rollers 22, 23, 24, 25 that are further backward than the small diameter rollers 9, 10 are made large in order, and the tire (vehicle wheel) 1 is raised and mounted on a transport stand.
