PURPOSE: To provide a lever-operating vehicle window regulating device which is designed so as to guide a window along a curved way, produced easily and cheaply, and highly reliable.

CONSTITUTION: This is a window regulating device 1 wherein a transmission arm 18 presents a first end hinged to a curved window of a vehicle door and a second end connected to a slide 14 fitted in a sliding manner to a sideway 11 having a skew axis 12 in relation to a generating line 2a of the window 2; the transmission arm 18 being controlled by an actuating arm 26 having one end hinged to the sideway 11 and the opposite end connected by a spherical joint 31 to a mid portion of the transmission arm 18.
