To provide an on-vehicle wireless image transmission apparatus etc. which can automatically display on a monitor when necessary an image obtained from a camera installed outside a vehicle.

In the on-vehicle wireless image reception apparatus, an imaging means installed separately from a vehicle is equipped with an imaged image data reception means for receiving the identification information of the vehicle to transmit it by radio, an identification information transmitting means for transmitting the identification information of the vehicle, and a displaying means for starting display of the image of the imaged image data when the reception means receives the imaged image data.
