This vehicle has a base platform, a boom, a hydraulically driven mechanism, a hydraulic pump, electromagnetic valves 34, 35a, 35b, 35c, and a control part 81. The base platform is supported on a loading platform. The boom has multiple boom parts connecting to the base platform. The hydraulically driven mechanism, composed of a slewing motor and a drive cylinder, rotates the base platform and the boom to move the boom to a given position. The hydraulic pump supplies pressure oil into the slewing motor and the drive cylinder. The electromagnetic valves 34, 35a, 35b, 35c are set between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulically driven mechanism. The control part 81 controls the electromagnetic valves 34, 35a, 35b, 35c. Furthermore, the control part 81 sets fine adjustment switches 65 to 68. Accordingly, when the fine adjustment switches 65 to 68 are switched to a fine adjustment mode, the control part 81 outputs a pulse signal to the electromagnetic valves 34, 35a, 35b, 35c. Therefore, the base platform and the boom, driven by the hydraulically driven mechanism, can be moved intermittently and shifted to low speed.
