PURPOSE: To provide a vehicle which is safer compared with a customary one, excellent in workability, and can easily climb over step difference and a staircase in spite of relatively simple construction of the vehicle itself such as a carriage.

CONSTITUTION: In the case that a front projecting arm 9, a front lift arm 21, a middle lift arm 25, and a middle supporting arm 28 respectively having wheels 16, 20, 26, 29 are respectively returnably fitted to the back side of a four-wheel carriage 4, all the wheels 16, 20, 26, 29 on the respective extreme ends of the front projecting arm 9, the front lift arm 21, the middle lift arm 25, and the middle supporting arm 28 are a little floated from the ground plane 33 so as not to obstruct flat ground running of the carriage 4.
