The lifting mechanism 5 moves the riding part 3 repeatedly according to the traveling speed of the wheel 4A, therefore simulative riding on the riding vehicle is experienced. The strength of the vertical movement of the riding part 3 can be selected by adjusting its speed, thus it is possible to experience horse riding in a relaxed atmosphere suited to the riding vehicle.
