Abstract:

To realize a vehicle carrying out various kinds of motions.

This vehicle has a vehicle body having a bottom part, rotatable wheels and supporting members provided in the bottom part to support the wheels. The vehicle is provided with at least eight pairs of the wheels and the supporting members. The supporting members have first supporting parts for rotatably supporting the wheels, second supporting parts for supporting the first supporting parts so that the directions of the wheels supported by the first supporting parts may be changed, and rotation parts provided in the bottom part to be rotatable around a rotary shaft along a direction orthogonal to the bottom part. The rotation parts support the second supporting parts so that distances of the wheels from the bottom part may be changed and the positions of the wheels may be moved in a state in which the distances are maintained by rotation of the rotation parts.
