In the elongated state, the angle of inclination of the vehicle body BD with respect to a road surface becomes small, and the driving is controlled like an ordinary vehicle by the operation in the longitudinal direction and in the right-to-left direction of a joystick 13. In the contracted state, the angle of inclination of the vehicle body BD with respect to the road surface becomes large, and the small-turn low-speed driving is controlled by the operation in the longitudinal direction and in the right-to-left direction of the joystick 13.
