A vehicle includes: a vehicle body equipped with a steering part and a driving part which are mutually connected; a steering wheel which steers the vehicle body; a driving wheel which drives the vehicle body; a steering member; a fixing member 58 in which a first engaging part 68 is formed along with an inner circumferential surface; a turning member 59 which is turnably arranged inward of a radial direction of a fixing member and rotates with operation of the steering member; regulation members 64 and 65 which are arranged at an outer peripheral edge of the turning member, and equipped with a second engaging part; a steering speed detector which detects steering speed of a steering shaft; an actuator device for inclination which makes a driving part incline to the turning direction, and a control device which controls inclination of the vehicle body by controlling the actuator device for inclination. When the steering speed of the steering shaft exceeds a predetermined threshold, the vehicle speed is reduced by performing braking, while engaging the second engaging part with the first engaging part and regulating turning of the turning member.
