A vehicle includes: a body part; a boarding part; a steering part; a vehicle tilting device; a lateral acceleration detecting part which detects a lateral acceleration; a tilt control processing means which generates a control value for tilt control according to the lateral acceleration; a tilt drive control processing means which drives an actuator on the basis of the control value for controlling tilt; a running control processing means which generates a control value for controlling running; and a running drive control processing means which drives a driving part for running. The running control processing means includes a tilt state determination processing means which determines a tilt state of the vehicle exceeding a permissible range, and a driving force suppression processing means which suppresses a drive force according to the tilt state. The vehicle is prevented from tilting exceeding the permissible range because the tilt state of the vehicle exceeding the permissible range is determined and the driving force generated at the driving part for running is suppressed.
