To provide a vehicle that is configured to be simpler than before and can maintain a parking state in a slope land.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes: a wheel; a centrifugal brake that generates a brake force to the wheel while the wheel stops the rotation thereof but does not generate a brake force with rotation of the wheel; and release means for releasing braking by the centrifugal brake at the time when the vehicle starts running.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
