In the evaluation method of a vehicle dispatch system for receiving a vehicle dispatch request and instructing the dispatch of a vehicle based on the dispatch request with registered vehicles as objects, a host computer 10 performs a step of storing the vehicles satisfying registration requirements imposed in the registration of the vehicle as the vehicles allocatable in the vehicle dispatch system, a step of receiving an evaluation relating to the vehicle transmitted from the user of the dispatched vehicle, and a step of comparing the received evaluation with a reference which is a comparison object and instructing the change of the registration requirements on the basis of the compared result.
