Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve surface quality of a second member.SOLUTION: An inner member 32 comprises: an arrangement area A1 where weld projections 62 are arranged with intervals; and a blank area A2 adjacent to the arrangement area A1 and where the weld projections 62 are arranged with a range wider than the arrangement interval of the weld projections 62 provided on the arrangement area A1. A top plate part 36 of an outer member 34 has a first area P1 facing the arrangement area A1 and a second area P2 facing the blank area A2 in a state that the outer member 34 and the inner member 32 are assembled. On a rear surface 34c of the top plate part 36, a groove 44 extending from the first area P1 to the second area P2 is formed. The groove 44 is formed on a position deviated from parts where the weld projections 62 contact.
