To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of preventing condensed water from staying in a tank part of a heat exchanger for cooling, and requiring few assembly man-hours.
The vehicular air-conditioner comprises an evaporator 3 which is stored in an air-conditioning case 20 while an inlet side tank 22 provided on one end side is located in a lower storage part 20a, and an elastically deforming member 27 which is formed of an elastically deforming material, has a first rib 31 projecting on the inlet side tank 22 side and a second rib 30 in which the position of an end 30a is changed following the elastic deformation of the first rib 31, and is provided on the downstream side in the air feeding direction from the evaporator 3. The elastically deforming member 27 is elastically deformed and drawn to the storage part 20a side when the inlet side tank 22 is arranged in the storage part 20a, and the end 30a of the second rib 30 is tightly fitted to the tank part 22 side following the drawn first rib 31.
