To improve heating capacity.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 1 includes: a compressor 12 for compressing a vaporized heating medium R1; an inner condenser 14 for condensing the heating medium R1 that has flowed in the compressor 12 through heat exchange with vehicle interior air A to heat the vehicle interior air A; a vehicle interior heat exchange section 15 for evaporating and supplying the heating medium R1 that has flowed in the inner condenser 14 to the compressor 12; a waste heat recovery device 102 to which exhaust gas G is supplied from a vehicle driving engine 100; and a heat pipe 30 connecting the waste heat recovery device 102 and the vehicle interior heat exchange section 15 in a heat exchangeable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
