Abstract:

To provide a vehicular air conditioner which can further suppress bad odor of air blown into a passenger compartment.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner 10 has: an evaporator 14; a heater core 16; a heating passage 30 in which the heater core 16 is disposed; a bypass passage 32 which bypasses the heating passage 30; and a mixing passage 34 in which air in the heating passage 30 and air in the bypass passage 32 are mixed. The vehicular air conditioner 10 includes: a first photocatalyst 51 for deodorization disposed in a range from the downstream of the heater core 16 to a border between the heating passage 30 and the mixing passage 34 in the heating passage 30; and a second photocatalyst 53 for deodorization disposed in the mixing passage 34. Air that has passed through the heater core 16 is brown into a passenger compartment via the first photocatalyst 51 and the second photocatalyst 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
