This anti-theft device 21 for use in vehicles mounted with traveling equipment and other equipment comprises an ignition switch or mechanical cylinder lock, an auxiliary input means 23 for electronic code input, a key input means 25 for personal identification number input, a plurality of relays 27 arranged for the respective travelling and other vehicle-mounted equipment to open or close a power source relative to the equipment, and a control means 29 adapted to be powered when the ignition switch is set on in order to collate input information or the electronic code and personal identification number from the auxiliary input means 23 and key input means 25 with preset collation- use inherent information and then to output driving-enabling signals to the relays 27 when deciding the collation shows mutual conformance.
