To provide a novel vehicular baggage-fastening machine capable of being manufactured at low cost by making it to an extremely simple structure while suppressing collision sound of a gear and first and second turning lever accompanying with turning operation of a handle repeatedly performed.
The vehicular baggage-fastening machine is provided with a frame body 3; a winding drum 5; the gear 6; and the handle 10 provided with an arm 12; a first turning lever 13; a first elastic material, a second turning lever 19; and a second elastic material 22. A first shock absorbing member 15 comprising an elastic tube 16 on which the first turning lever 19 is abutted just before it abuts on the gear 6 by elastic force of the first elastic material and a shaft body 17 press-fitted into the elastic tube 16 is fixed to an inner side of the arm 12. A second shock absorbing member 25 comprising an elastic tube 26 on which the second turning lever 19 is abutted just before it abuts on the gear 6 by elastic force of the second elastic material 22 and a shaft body 27 press-fitted into the elastic tube 26 is fixed to an outer side of the frame body 3.
