Thus, a burden applied to a worker can be reduced in the carrying work of the battery 62, and falling of the battery changing device 1 when changing the battery 62, can also be prevented even if a weight is not attached like a counter type forklift 60. Thus, the carrying work of the battery 62 can be easily performed while preventing an enlargement of the work space required for changing the battery 62.
