PURPOSE: To easily detect that a vehicle whose lowest part has a height lower than the height of the projected part of a conveying vessel on which the vehicle is to be housed is going to enter the vessel by setting the height of a cylindrical body so as to be slightly higher than the height of the projected part of the floor of the conveying vessel, and therefore to prevent such an accident that the bottom of the vehicle body is damaged.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 14 that is freely abutted on the bottom part of a vehicle is fitted to the horizontal shaft part 13b on the one side of an oscillating frame body 13 that has been supported by a pair of supporting brackets 11A, 11B so as to free oscillate in an a vertical plane. Balance weights 15A, 15B for maintaining the cylindrical body 14 in a prescribed position are fitted to the horizontal shaft part on the other side, and also a proximity switch for detecting the oscillation of the oscillating frame body 13 is provided.
