This vehicular collision discriminative device is composed of a collision detection means 1 for detecting a collision objection and vehicle collision, a collision condition presumption means 2 for estimating the object of collision from collision information and vehicle speed, and an actuation selection means 4 for judging from a signal from the collision condition presumption means 2 whether a pedestrian protection device 8 or a crew protection device 6 should be actuated, or which protection device should be actuated in the case a vehicle includes a plural numbers of crew protection devices 6 or pedestrian protection devices 8. Thus it is judged whether the collision is with a vehicle or a pedestrian or other obstacle.
