Abstract:
To easily remove on-vehicle components from a vehicle body by property reflecting a state of a vehicle or an occupant in addition to the will of an operator.
A safety checking device 11 determines drive permission of a separated actuator 13, namely weather a switch 12 is turned on to permit energizing from a power source 14 to the separated actuator 13 or not. A gate signal according to the determination result is outputted to the switch 12. When energized from the power source 14 through the switch 12, the separated actuator 13 disassembles a fastening member for fixing the on-vehicle components to the vehicle body to release fixing of the on-vehicle components.
