To provide a vehicular control device whose cooling performance is stable, and which can be downsized and slimmed-down.
A vehicular control device 10 includes: a box-shaped housing 12 disposed under a vehicle floor; one or more group of power conversion units 14 disposed in the housing, and each having a semiconductor element 22 for power conversion and a cooling device 24 for cooling the semiconductor element; and a cooling fan 16 disposed in the housing and for agitating air in the housing to deal with the heat generation of the semiconductor element. The power conversion unit includes: an inner heat radiation fin 30b bonded to the cooling device and disposed in the housing; and an outer heat radiation fin 30a bonded to the cooling device and extends to the outside of the housing.
