To propose a vehicular control device making it possible to improve durability of a driving force distribution device.
The vehicular control device includes a TCS controller (first protective control means) that, when a difference in the number of revolutions between a first roller 31 (first rotating member) and second roller 32 (second rotating member) becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined value, implements first protective control for decreasing a driving force output from an engine 2 (power source), using an engine controller 20 (driving force control means), and a transfer controller 111 (second protective control means) that, after the first protective control is implemented, before the driving force output from the engine 2 (power source) is increased, implements second protective control for making a radial pressing force of each of the rollers larger than a predetermined value.
