Abstract:
To detect an abnormality of a vehicle even when a vehicle travels at a very slow vehicle speed from a stopped state of a vehicle to a lock up state.SOLUTION: A vehicle (1) includes: an engine (2) which generates driving force; a transmission (4) which changes a speed of output rotation of the engine; a longitudinal G sensor (27) and a lateral G sensor (28) which measure a vehicle acceleration; and an output rotation sensor (26) which detects a rotation speed of an output shaft (8) of the transmission. A transmission control unit (TCU) (22) which controls the vehicle is configured to detect an abnormality of the vehicle by comparing a measurement value of the vehicle acceleration measured by the acceleration sensors with a calculated value of the vehicle acceleration calculated from an output signal of the output rotation sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
