To provide a vehicular controller and a vehicle which achieve both high gripping performance and low fuel consumption.
When a camber angle of a wheel 2 is adjusted to a negative camber angle, the grounding pressure of a first tread 21 is increased while the same of a second tread 22 is decreased. This allows the wheel 2 to exert high gripping performance. When the camber angle of the wheel 2 is adjusted to a positive camber angle, on the other hand, the grounding pressure of the first tread 21 is decreased while the same of the second tread is increased. This gives the wheel 2 low rolling resistance to achieve fuel consumption saving. In this manner, adjusting the camber angle of the wheel 2 leads to the achievement of both advantages of high gripping performance and fuel consumption saving that are contrary to each other.
