A dust bin 4A is installed in the outer surface side of a side plate 1 of a vehicular controller, and an air filter 2 is attached to one side of this dust bin 4A. Baffle plates 5 are installed inside the dust bin 4A, and a perforated bottom plate 6 is laterally installed in a lower end of the baffle plates 5. A lower cover is installed in an opening part formed in a bottom part of the dust bin 4A via a hinge. Atmospheric air led from a vent hole 11 formed in a side face of the dust bin 4A is meandered among the baffle plates 5 and fed to the vehicular controller through the air filter 2.
