PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight without increasing a circulating resistance by filling a filling material into a recessed part of an inner surface of a bellows part, and flattening a recessed and projection part formed in a bellows shape.
SOLUTION: A filling material 8 formed into a low viscosity by solvent is filled into a recessed part 5a on an outer peripheral side in an inner surface of a bellows shaped bending part 5, and it is dried. Accordingly, the filling material 8 is filled into the recessed part 5a, a step difference between an inner recessed part 5a and a projection part 5b on the outer peripheral side in the bellows shaped bending part 5 is reduced. Those processes are repeated, the filling material 8 is filled in to the recessed part 5a until the filling material 8 attains a top point of the projection part 5b, and thereby, the step difference is completely buried, and the inner surface on the outer peripheral side in the bellows shaped bending part 5 is completely flattened. A recessed part 6a on the outer peripheral side in the inner surface of the bellows shaped bending part 6 is filled by the filling material 8. It is thus possible to reduce a flow passage resistance of cooling water in the cooling water circulating tube 3, and it is also possible to improve strength of its part.
